Heyal,
Thanks again for your replies and I do appologize for having to post reply this way.
The button is just not there no where on page, I did see it in one topic and none of the others.
I'm using winMe and iexplorer 5.5. I noticed at another forum that uses this same board format or software that the same thing is happening...No Post Reply button.
..... I should write a book on The Most Unusual Hard to Find, Undocumented, Stumped Mind Boggling Errors that No one else ever gets....But Me lol
Thanks,
SB

A very lousy but temporary fix to reply would be to change the url of the current post. Look up in your adress bar and change "showthread" to "newreply" example:
The url to this thread is
www.sysopt.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=84748
The url to reply is
www.sysopt.com/forum/newreply.php?threadid=84748

Did you right click on your task bar and see if you have it enabled
Ok, this may be a shot in the dark....
Open up your browser and go to Options\Advanced\ and try restoring default settings...
