The computer Wont Shut off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok,

i have an dell optiplex gx100 (came with the beta version of gilat2home www.gilat2home.com (http://www.gilat2home.com)

No when the comp locks up i push the power button to turn it off and restart it.

It wont shut off!
I have too pull the plug to turn off the pc to shut it off (theres no reset button on mine for some strange reason)

what the heck is wrong?

Oh and its an ATX PS is this a problem with all atx Power suplies???

try holding it in for 4 or 5 sec that will work

voogru.. Same thing with my Dell Dimension B Series.

Try that what drn told you.My friend had also that kind of problem (not with the same system) but holding for 4-5 sec should do the trick.If not write to your vendor like I did and they mailed me instructions for my system (like that couldn't be done at first).
My problem was a little jumper.
