Per NBC evening news a Federal Court has ordered mp3.com to pay $25,000.00 for each CD that the judge alleges the company has "STOLEN"

Did anyone every really go to MP3.com?!? I always thought that their selection was horrible.

Yeap, can't find anything decent to download.
But...who do they pay it too? The DOJ or the artist who made the music?
I wonder if the MP3.COM domain name will be up for grabs now...
