I would recommend, among others, the Abit VA6 mobo. It comes with integrated audio & video, VIA Apollo Pro chipset, softmenu Award Bios, extra USB interfaces, and was a cinch to install. Also 2X AGP, 4 PCI slots, a couple ISA slots, and 3 Dimm slots. Good instruction/owner's manual. I bought it for under $100 for my PIII 600E several months ago, so I'd expect you'll get a good buy. I opine it's worth a look.

Good luck. Ain't computer buildin' grand?

JMHO. I know most mobos now come w/onboard sound & video, but you'll get better performance from dedicated sound & video cards.
