I don't think they should do this, there are people in prison for hacking. 2 wrongs do not make a right.

The FBI has allready got a few laws changed to thier favor, blanket warrants etc. While this is good and will help in the fight against crime, it does in many ways reduce the amount of privacy that we have. I really believe that the FBI will be using this to thier advantage, not only in the anti terrorist fight but in other ways as well. It is seemingly headed in the direction of the J edgar Hoover days.
