Have you recently uninstalled any programs? The uninstaller could have forgotten to remove that key from the registry. You could do it yourself by running "regedit", search for the keys that contain the string "cmmon.vxd" and deleting them. WARNING: Registry editing can screw up your computer. Back up your registry before you do anything!

A search on Google indicates cmmon.vxd is a file used by an Aureal 3D sound card. Have you uninstalled such a card? Are you using such a card?

If you are still using the card, reinstalling it's drivers should clear up the problem. If you un-installed one, it's likely it didn't completely remove all it's entries in the Registry so Windows is being told by the Registry to load the file and can't find it.

This site http://www.vortexofsound.com/start.htm appears to have everything you'd want to know about Aureal cards.
