Sony and aa few other large manufacturers offer CD-RW capable players, but you would still need to verify this option before purchasing. For now, it appears you will need to burn only to CD-R for your player. Robert Richmond shahani 09-22-2001, 02:59 PM I agree with RobRich here. Don't do music on CDRW, only on CDRs. Why would you want to do them on a CDRWs anyway. Dude, a CDR costs less than 5 cents nowadays. Take a chance. NDD 09-22-2001, 07:49 PM Why would you want to do them on a CDRWs anyway Like in the old times, when I used to compile an audio cassette to play in car stereo, same now, when I use CD-RW to burn some brand new MP3s I've downloaded few hours earlier to listen to on my way to work. P.S. Don't know where blank CD-R costs 5 cents, but here it's about 10 times more expensive :( Best Regards ... Mr.Goodbytes 09-22-2001, 07:52 PM I miss when Maxell used to have those rebates 3 years ago. A 10 pack was 20 bucks but had 20 dollar rebates without a limit on how many you could get. I got 200 discs for practically free then (other than tax). And that was somethin special. Now the best I do is about 20 cents a disc for good ones. Except silver/silver; those are about 60 cents each but sound soooo nice. SysOpt.com
