Don't think they can win, at least not fully.
It's like telling kleenex to stop selling tissues.
Maybe the monetary thing..maybe.
BTW, How did Intel fair on the P4X266 suit? Did they ever get a judgement on that?

Go VIA!!! I can't wait till the pentium 4 goes down the hole! They are such a good excuse for a processor. If VIA wins it will be very good for them and very good for AMD. AMD is sooo much better than Intel.

Yeah, it is about time Intel got theirs. Who cares if they're the biggest CPU maker? That doesn't give them the right to go around stealing other company's patented technologies. And I'm sure that VIA has reason to do so, because a failed lawsuit is very, VERY costly, not to mention it makes you look bad. I hope they win.

I don't understand why Intel and VIA can't get along. Intel is pretty much anti-competitive as far as the choice of processors are concerned. This whole Intel Versus VIA manifesto is giving me headaches...
