Im putting this new board in an old 486dx system which has a 235w ps at 5volts. I notice this 233mmx chip runs at 2.8 volts and the SDram is 3.3 volts. Do I need to buy a new power supply or is there a voltage regulator on the motherboard to drop the voltage down? I notice the manual talks about both AT power and ATX power and there both 5 volts. I just want to make sure I don't burn anything up. Thanks!

You shouldn't need a new powersupply. Every board I have seen drops the voltage down as needed for the CPU, RAM, and cards that you install. There will either be jumpers on the motherboard to adjust them, or it will be in the bios setup.
