I would like to copy drivers from one HD to another drive. The reason being I am upgrading my drive, and do not have all the software. What is the best way to get this done.

NDC 09-07-2000, 07:39 PM I don't think copying the just drivers from your old hard disk to your new will do the job. There are certain system DLL files that are also going to be needed for device hardware to work correctly. A better idea if you want to move all your data and OS would be to use a disk copting program such as Norton Ghost. Someone correct please if I am wrong about this. I've never had the problem of not having the hardware driver disk or CD http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif SysOpt.com
