Basically i just went to test my 3dmark2k1 score (to decide whether i was to stick with 12.90 or go to 21.81 dets), and guess what score i got, an whopping 674!!!! Heres my system:
-1.1Ghz Tbird
-640MB PC133 SDRAM (256 of it is set up as a ramdrive for temp internet files etc.....)
-prophet II PRO
-SB Live! Value
-Voodoo2 SLI
-Gigabyte GA-7ZXR
-20Gig seagate HD
Running win98se, i used to get around 4000 i think (been ages since i ran it), and now i get 674!!!!! Whats up with that? Weird thing is that games still seem to run fine.

Looks like it's taking the test with the V2 SLI instead of the PRO, I think that's average for V2 SLI rig.

My SLI scores higher than that. And also 3dmark2k1 isn't seeing my voodoo2's at the moment (been playing around with some drivers and lost them in 3dmark2k1 hehe i'll be fixing that up now).
I'm thinking i will do as dudster suggested. Or if i get real adventurous i might format and reload everything from scratch again, should cleen up alot of ****

My SLI scores higher than that
Yep yours does, but most people aren't using the best V2 drivers like u probaly are and they probaly aren't tweaked to offer best performance.
For example my sytem out-benches systems on 3dmark2001 upto 100mhz higher on the cpu. Nothing is o/ced, it's just tweaked...I could be wrong but I don't know of anything to lag a GF2 PRO THAT much.
Maybe it's 16x FSAA :)

lol ND nice idea, altho image quality doesn't look like 16x FSAA (actually that would probablly really blury).
I was running deafult test and yeh getting that score, i switched to 640x480 res instead of teh standard 1024x768 and guess what, almost exactly the same score! I think i will re-install my 12.90 drivers and see what that does.
BTW my voodoo2's got a score of 947 :)
edit: Just to clear up that message a bit, i currently have the 12.90's installed but perhaps re-installing them will fix the problem. If that still don't work i might as well install the 21.81's and see what that does hey.

Re-installiong the 12.90 done nothing. So i decided to try the 21.81's, very impressive, brought the speed of 3dmark2k1 right back up, except one problem (actually a few probs), 3dmark2k1 now crashes and spits up a direct3d error, out of memory, have heard a few people with the very same problem with the 21.81. Doh! Hopefully nvidia will release an update since this seems to be a very common problem. Now i gonna decide whether to try going back to 12.90 and hope they are back up to speed, or just leave it at 21.81 for now.
Couple other problems at the moment are outlooks spits up an error, but it reckons rebooting will solve it. Fingers crossed.
