See if THIS (http://www.diamondmm.com/default.asp?menu=support&submenu=Legacy_Motherboards&item=manuals&product=Pentium_Thunderbolt) is the board that you have. Thunderbolt Manual (File size: 1,276KB).
Micronics was purchased by Diamond who in turn was purchased by S3.
