Best Free Web Server

I'm creating a website for a non-profit organization (Local Boy Scout Troop) and have been searching around for the best, free web server. Obviously I'd like annoying ads at a minimum, highest possible web space (at least 100mb), good speed and above all reliability. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks...

You're essentially looking for a web host actually. Not many free services will give you 100MB... NBCi.com used to be unlimited but it came with an ad frame. Well that's moot now cause they're no longer offering web services anymore. Geocities has been around a very long time and are very reliable. I've had a site with them for about 5 years now. There's a way to remove the ad box as well... just email me for that if you wish. That's my vote for a reliable/free web host... http://www.geocities.com

I have much success with Tripod. They allow only 50mb and they have a banner. However, the banner can be customized to either be a popup or embedded.
