SIS doesn't make mother boards. But their chip sets are used by a lot of makes on low end boards. The 6326 set is an older one. Can't rmember the numbers excatly. that board had the same spec's and used the 6326 chip set.
Here is the board I'm thinking of. http://www.pcchips.com/product.html
If this one isn't it. Then you will have to run the bious numbers and see what it turns up. Look here on the bious numbers.

The 6326 is a graphics chip, the 5595 is a chipset south bridge. There is a 3rd SiS chip on the board, which is the chipset's north bridge core.
Most of the boards with that arrangement came from PC-Chips, if it's a slot-1 board look at M747 (SiS 600 north bridge), and if it's a socket-7 then look at M590 (SiS 5591 north).
