I see a lot of discussion about the ECS K7S5A and the Abit K7G mobos, but AMD doesn't have either one listed in their recommendations. What's the deal?

Not sure how old the ECS is, but the Abit is brand new. AMD may not have had a chance to fully test it yet. AMD had some issues earleir on with the Abit boards, but I believe the new line is highly regarded.
