w2k startup problem

hi folks

i have a little problem. i want to put caldera's linux on my second harddrive, und want to patrtition with partition magic 6. so i do all necessary procedures with partition magic, and then the computer must be restarted. and every time when he restarts i get the message: xmnt2000 programm not found. skipping autocheck. this error apeares every time i start windows.and so every time partition magic does no changes.
so i wanted to ask if anybody knows how to fix this problem.

What you might have to do is boot from the Win2k CD and choose repair.
