Dual celerons work on any Dual Slot-1 BX board to my knowledge, but you need to do a bit of modifying because celerons weren't designed for SMP.
For dual celerons, you have 2 options:
1. Some sort of pin taping that\ allows you do run Slot-1 Celerons on any dual pentium2 board.
2. Getting 2 slotkets w/ celeron PGAs and set the slotkets to dual mode (the slotket must have this option.)
Theres only one game that I can think of off the top of my head that utilizes SMP, which is Q3A, but any game that'll run on your OS of choice (most likely NT in this case) will run, but won't utilize both CPUs.
Another thing to consider: there has been some evidence to show that celerons aren't that great in dual configuration.

Feel free to add to this answer, it's far from complete.

If you are not going to use Nt or Linux, a dual celeron motheboard will be a waste of money. Windows 98 does not support dual processing yet. Only a few games work on NT. If you are looking for a best performance, get a nice video card or replace your eide or ide hard drive for an scsi. In fact, at the end that will give you a better performance for less price. I hope it helps you.

Check out the Abit's site: http://www.abit.com.tw/english/index.htm They have the BP6, a dual celeron and UDMA66 board. Way to go, ABIT!!!!

You can use win98 like with any single cpu board, the second cpu is unnoticed by win98.
The only dual boards, that don't support dual celerons are the intel ones (big surprise).
What I would do if I was set on Dual Celerons is to get a late copy of Win2000 beta3, beg and plead with someone until you can.
It actually has drivers for all the good stuff and supports USB and plug and play better than Win98, you just have to live with some of the NT security features, which are improved in Win200.
