I'm looking for a Utility/Program which would allow me to use Keyboard Shortcuts (i.e. <ctrl><A>) to paste text into a field in a GUI.
For example: If I need to type the Title for a contact in a field 100 times and the following titles would be entered -- "Human Resource Manager", "Payroll Manager", "Information Systems Director", "Chief Financial Officer", and "Operations Manager"....how could I assign each title to a button or shortcut key combination on my keyboard so that the title would automatically be pasted into the field?
Any help is appreciated.
