I was wondering how to activate boot block bios for a Packard Bell Multimedia M415, or another location that will tell me.

Wouldn't that be an option in your Bios? Run a Search (Upper right corner this site) of previous posts regarding those "blocks" as they've been in recent posts. Also try looking at your Bios book/manual if you have one. If not, try PB tech support, I think they still maintain a site. Or check Bios info at http://www.ping.be/bios/
