SysOpt 09-12-2001, 06:50 PM Indeed so Banti 09-13-2001, 12:37 PM Hindsight is always 20/20. If they had all of these precautions, and Tuesday had not happened, we would all be complaining right now about how long pre-flight prep takes. Banti IronHawk 09-13-2001, 12:46 PM Great. And we thought airlines got behind in their scheduled. Quick question-- why dont't we examine and copy the Israeli model? I don't know what it is, but they have a high danger rate and a very low casualty rate. My thoughts are: Why not arm the flight crews? If you're going to be suicided into a building, bullet holes are the least of your problems. I don't appreciate ppl who stab stewardesses with letter openers.... I think the Israeli's also armor the crew compartment, so that conventional weapons don't faze them.....
