Glad to hear you had success. I didn't realize that the A6 was such a problem. I modded an A6 and the only issue that cropped up was the particular version of PTIFlash. (BTW, PTIFlash ver1.04 is the one to use.)

Last time I checked, Promise had removed the needed flash utility and the product manuals were not available. I would be happy to email these and to help anyone having problems as well.
