Thats a rip off!! Any CompUSA has better Prices, Sorry to spoil your SPAM,But Viking,Kingston,and SuperPC are all cheeper.
And for the record there is no such thing as non parity SDRAM.

You don't know what you're talking about.
The $99 256MB RAM stick is EDO buffered DIMM RAM. Their 256MB PC133 SDRAM (which is what the CompUSA RAM is) is quite a bit cheaper... down around $65-70.
The $200 512MB RAM is for a registered ECC DIMM. If CompUSA even sells 512MB sticks they are certainly not going to be registered or ECC DIMMs.
The word "server" implies better than "normal" RAM.. and in this case, it was quite true. A bit better research could have been done by the news poster to give a bit more detail, but such is life. But when flaming someone, it's recommended to get all the facts before not after.
BTW, I'd definitely rather have Crucial RAM over anything Kingston, PNY, Viking, or especially SuperPC. This is a personal opinion, not a statement of fact, though it is shared with many of the hardware community.
