That is very strange, indeed. It sounds like the nation of Nepal is surprised at this turn of events, as well.
I suppose the writers of the Nepalese constitution never thought of something like this happening. Maybe it needs amending... but it's a different world and culture, so who knows.
It should be interesting to see how this turns out - if Dipendra ever comes out of that coma.

Whats happening in Nepal is pretty disturbing. Not only was the royal family massacred but now they are under a state of martial law with a curfew in effect. The police have been given orders to shoot protestors on sight who are violating the curfew. Sounds like a coup if you ask me. Really don't know more about whats been going on in the last 24 hours... Tired from running around the Memorial Tournament watching Tiger Woods and missed the morning news
