Staples has been screwing out of rebate's and has not sent a $10 rebate on a cdr rebate,their rebate check's come on tiny post cards and can easyly get lost in mail-this is staple's intention.To not pay for rebate's.I would not be purchase ing products for rebate's-this is a scam-except for microsoft. I think all rebate's now are a bunch of bunk-you are lucky to get-roll the dice.

I just recieved an email saying my order has been canceled because every item was out of stock. Im going to try again later. Oh well

They cancelled the CD-R on my order but hopefully the rest is a go. Good luck to everyone - it's definitely a great deal.

I've actually had good luck with Staples rebates in the past (a couple which were $80+), so I thought I'd give it a shot.

BTW, golfcart: if you can ship the items someplace else (in another city perhaps), try to change your profile address and try to do the order again. Product availability is based on local store inventory since Staples delivers locally.

I was a bit upset to find that I was unable to take advantage of this deal. Two out of three of the items are not available in the zip code 43614.

As I mentioned in Wednesday's newsletter, just because the site or Staples via phone says something is out of stock, doesn't mean your local store is out of stock. The site said the APC UPS was out of stock in my area, as did Staples by phone, but there was one left in my local store, along with the CD-R pack, and the camera.
