I think that score is almost on par with every other Radeon benchmark i've seen.! You could try and tweak it or update your drivers if you want more speed. I'm sure there must be tweaking programs right now for the Radeon.!

With almost the same specs as yours, their card makes like 3600 3dmarks (in 800x600--I think).. but tweak it a little and see.!

I noticed alot of tests were run only using 24bit or 16 bit! Here I am trying to keep up with those scores and I am running 32bit! I was under the impression the test was supposed to be run at default 32bit.

It was just to give you an idea of how the Radeon scores in 3dMark.!

You got a 100 point increase!! So that's cool.!

Yes, score wise, 100 is cool! http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif However, that's something that will not be noticed when you play a game.


I see some people download all this **** to make their cards get better score in benchmark applications and sometimes screw settings up so bad where certain games won't run anymore! (One of these people would be me also). Trust me, Sweeper. You have a processor and video card that's more than adequate to play today's 3D games. You don't need to overclock it or tweak it. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif
