Video Capture File Formats

I just bought an ATI all-n-wonder 128 & these are the supported formats for video capture. Does anyone know which will give me the best quality w/the best compression? or direct me a web site. thanks

2. YUV9 Planar
3. YUV12
4. ATI VCR 1
5. ATI VCR 2
6. MPEG 1
7. MPEG 2

MPEG 2 gives you a great picture, just look at a DVD player's, or any DBS satelite receivers picture. Try a low cost video capture program like VideoWave 3(www.mgisoft.com).
