What is all the hype with Teflon and TPO IDE cables? Are they really better for ATA 100 drives? If they are, can anyone tell me where I can pick them up cheap? Thanks.

I doubt the difference between teflon and the normal plastic insulation (probably PVC) is worth it. Teflon cables have lower loss, but if a normal ATA100 cable works fine, why bother?
