Brainiacks please help:
Whenever I try to burn a CD I get an error message from Sony's CD extreme software that says "ERROR-10 at sector 2912 - command: E1 Sense:06 ASC:29 ASCQ:00" Sony's web site says this error means "Power on, Reset, or Bus Device reset occured". I have tried Sony's latest patches and have the latest Win2K patches also. I have also tried other Burn software. I have tried this burner with the same firewire card, same type of media, software in a slower machine and it works fine. I'm using an AMD950,SOYO SY-K7VAIA motherboard, firewire card from Pinnacle, Windows 2000 Pro. Also the CD rom part seems to work fine, its just when I start to burn is when the problem occurs. Help would be much appeciated.
