I Have A 56K Modem,And Sometimes It Downloads Files At 2 kb/sec.But Sometimes it Downloads At 4 kb/sec.
Why Is This? And How Can I Keep It At The Same kb's/sec?

It really depends on the server you're downloading from, not the speed of the modem.

Not much you can do except find faster servers.

Ya, I have a cable modem that donwloads like 1k from some servers, but like 50k from better ones, especialy like 3 AM.
