Instant Messenger question, need more fun

Is it possible to run two instances of AIM at the same time? Can more then one screen name be used? There has to be a way to do this. Currentlt I can IM people on two diefferent names at the same time. One being my AOL name, and one being a name running on AIM. In order to maximize my fun I would like to push this to three maybe four names. Please, for the sake of cheap entertainment, tell me this is possible.

?Have you tried using more than one Windows profile? Open up messenger in each profile. Just a thought.

Hey Gomer the prog your looking for is called CloneTron designed for AIM. i think you can sign on to 5 different names at one time with it.

MSN Messenger uses the AOL/AIM usernames, does it not? Unless I am mistaken you should be able to sign up for yet another name with it and run it along side AOL and AIM.

Eli, I have a variety of AIM names hehe. I am unable to run too instances of AIM at the same time though.

Yeah all you need to use to open it is winzip. extract all the files in to a folder you created. Click on the instant message icon sign on. click on aim icon again in the clone tron folder. i think you can sign on up to five. its pretty crazy but hopefully you have a really good connection becasue the more aim names you sign on too the more bandwidth you use.

In my home we have four users, each with their own user profile. Load the software into each profile. I have a quick launch on the taskbar for the C drive which is where Windows is located and can access all user profiles. You can set up different profiles in your control panel.

I use clone tron all the the time. i sign on to my name and my bro's so he can see if his girl is on. i tried to look up clone tron but nothing really came up. so go to any search engine and type in aim progs. i found that www.search.com (http://www.search.com) had the closes matches.
