I have been trying to get help from Logitech for 2 weeks!!! 3 e-mails (to tech support)with no response or even a confirmation.
Tried to call "product Support" on Phone , it is just a machine that says they are closed and quickly hangs up without another word!!! However, if you call "Sales" you get a human. To bad the human you get is just a order taker and cant help at all!!! He can at least tell you that "Product Support" is only open from 7 to 3:30pm PST. (Bankers Hours) I will never buy **** made by logitech again!!!!Thanks for letting me vent. I feel better now. :-)
Oh and if you work for Logitech... I hope to see you serving bugers at McDonalds some day!

Ya! We hate logitech! One thing though...Would you rather call logitech toll for 1 minute, or Microsoft toll-free for 4 hours, that I what I did to get my $90 micro**** joystick fixed! Down with Micro****!

Nathan G.~Have the sales people xfer you to support. That way it's on their dime. If they won't do that, call the corporate office and raise holy hell until you get some help. I had to do that with a BellSouth problem recently and it worked like a charm. Just remember, don't swear, cuss, or be unreasonable. By the same token, don't let them give you anything but what you deserve,... support!

My thoughts about unreturned support e-mail:
3 unreturned/unconfirmed requires a bombing. 10 or 20 every day should get someone's attention.

I think we should have a database of support complains from manufatures. Just like the one for the Mail-Order companies. I guess that comment should belong in the How-To improve Sysopt post. I bet Microsoft would score a negative.;-)
