What is the average rate for web design?

Does anyone know about what the average hourly rate for designing a web page is? I'm sure people here do this, what do you charge if you do?

Anywhere from $80-$250 per page seems to be the going rates. $100 per page at most places. 8-1/2 by 11 = one page.

Go through the yellow pages and shop the compitition. Pretend like you need some work done and get bids.
