anybody know where the actual e-mails are stored in eudoras files? i'm going to completely reformat my computer and i'd like to have some of my important messages. thanks peeps!

Click to See Complete Forum and Search --> : eudora help plz Pollux 08-24-2000, 10:26 PM anybody know where the actual e-mails are stored in eudoras files? i'm going to completely reformat my computer and i'd like to have some of my important messages. thanks peeps! -pollux mike511 08-25-2000, 07:02 AM Look Under your C:\Eudora Folder Then copy to a floppy the following files: In.mbx In.toc Out.mbx Out.toc And if you have created any other new mailboxes in Eudora then those files will have the name of the mailbox you created with a .mbx and a .toc extenstion. for example if you added another email box called work to put all your work emails in then you'd copy the work.mbx and the work.toc files to your floppy. Then when you get everythiung re-installed just copy those files back to c:\eudora and re-start Eudora. SysOpt.com
