GeForce II Please Help!!!!!

ok here's the deal,
sys specs:
epox epmvp3g5
via chipset socket 7
K6-2 amd 533 mhz
Sound Blaster Live! X-Gamer
Creative GeForce Annialator II GTS 32meg
using detonator III v4.1201.0618 drivers for gf
and live!ware v.3 for blaster
have also flashed mobo w/ latest flash
and runnin via 4-1 v4.22 drivers
just went out and purchased 300w power supply
Problem: Sound Crackels anytime that video is running w/ audio however playing mps cd-audio etc... never the first crack even in the environmental audio demo put out by creative the sound crackels don't want to have to spend anymore money on upgrades!! i know i could probably use another mobo but would like to get around that at this point Please Help!!!
