No, the price isn't that much over the top, considering what it is. For around £100 less you could get the same spec full size PC plus monitor, speakers etc. Everything in the UK is much dearer than the US anyway.
Yes, you could hook up a LCD screen to this, it's a little unclear to what the power source is, probably an external one by the look of the picture on the website.

If they keep this up those "Dick Tracy watch's" will not be far behind.
It look's like we have a 486 about the size of a pack of smoke's, and a p!!! about the size of a cd player .

You just hook up a monitor and you're in business. In effect it's like a laptop without the screen. Pretty neat though.
