Toshiba is a good company, this shouldn't happen to their products. Warthog neodave 06-11-2001, 04:10 PM Thanks for the replies. I e-mailed customer support only to be told to take it to a service center. Kinda hoped they'd feel sorry for me and offer a solution besides the one they did. My 1 year everything is covered warranty expired a week or two ago. The picture tube is the only thing still covered for another year or two. And a phone call to a repair shop explained that it probably wasn't the problem. Something about the 'pinset' or somethingerether. Oh well, live and learn. Mntsnow 06-11-2001, 06:26 PM expired a week or two ago Point that out the CS rep for Toshiba and I would not be a bit supprised if they dont cover it 100% SysOpt.com
