Lifelong smoker wins from Phillip Morris since they are responsible for his incurable lung cancer, also fraud, negligence and making a "defective" product.
Guy has cancer of the lungs, lymphnodes, back and brain after 40+ years of 2 pack aday smoking---says he successfully quit a heroin and alcohol addiction, just couldnt quit smoking, I guess smokers in California have something to look forward to after smoking related cancer sets in nowadays...

That's Bull Sh*t. That guy doesn't deserve a pennie. He knew smoking was gunna kill him and he kept smoking. Then when he tries to quit, he can't because ciggerettes are TOO addicting. Well maybe he never should have started to smoke in the first place, thats one guy who I don't feel sorry for having cancer.
