Hard drive partitioning apps ?

I've been told about these programs, but how reliable are they? Can they actually partition your drive without having to reload win95, and will the system run properly? Thanks.

Partition Magic has always worked fine for me - no problems at all.

Yep partition magc has worked well for me on win 98. Did have a few problems on win NT resizing NTFS partitions.

I have lost everything using PM before but 98% of the time it works fine.

Don't forget to back up your hard drives before using PartitionMagic.

Another thing reccomended is to do a thorough scan disk and defrag before changing any partitions.
Personally, I have never had a problem using PM, but have allways backed up my system before any major changes, just in case.
