Before you ask for ideas, you need to state what kind of system you are looking to build. You can go in any direction for a huge difference in prices.
Pure gamer? Light gamer? All business? programmer/CAD? you get the point.

Yes, Axiontech is a great place to buy stuff! I go there a lot because of the prices and selection, though I had trouble trying to find the place the first time. That reminds me, I got to get that AOpen YMF744 Chip Soundcard from them for $35!

funny I could get it much cheaper locally almost cheap as dirt. cdrom 48x 34$ mouse serial or ps/2 5 bucks keyboard 104 win98 ps2 or serial 9 bucks. 1.44 floppy 12 buck...
pretty decent price without any shipping eh you save big $$$$ also soundblaster awe64 30 bucks, soundblaster pci 32 ensonique 24bucks... then again their memory price is quite pricy so I dont buy it from them I wish they would sell it as low as possible but they doing it so it cost a little more then mail ordering with the shipping included
something are cheaper to buy locally and other arent such as harddrive... just look and compare and you'll know.
