Hi,
I have a APC Back-UPS 600 and I was wondering if I can leave it on and just shut off my computer. Right now, I trun my computer off and then turn the UPS off. Does it matter?

i have a backups 500 office that i just leave on all the time.

Smae here. It is best to leave it on all athe time. Just when the power goes off, it will be one of those times that you forget to turn on the APC and you will be doing something really important. We leave ours on at work 24/7.

i used to leave my pc on 24/7 to crack rc5. but since i now pay my own electric bills after leaving college, i'd rather save some $$ than try to beat everyone. though it's addicting. i usually have my pc off at night. i turn it on once i get back from school and leave it on til i go to bed.
