OE 5.5, multiple mail servers & web server

To select different mail servers, in the compose windows, simply change the account in the 'From' dropdown list.

You can't browse the net in outlook express, but if you mean hotmail, yes outlook express will work with a hotmail account.

Is it possible to configure OE, from within the same window, so I can choose between mail servers when composing new messages? Also, can a web server such as msn.com be accessed or opened from within OE? Thank you.
