I on the other hand am proud that I have kept the same online alias for the last 23 years. I've developed an online personality to go with my online alias and to change my alias would be akin to virtual homicide(or suicide whichever way you look at it)

Ever since there WAS an online, the people that usually changed their aliases were either:

A) As Cadd said, fickle.
B) Those who chose poorly in the first place.
C) Those who ruined their online reputations and needed the anonymity and in some cases the fresh start that comes with a new alias.

As far as I can tell brandon, your alias brandon184 was a good name, not poorly chosen enough to put you in category B and you don't appear to have done anything that puts you in category C...that leaves A then. Like I said before though, your prerogative. Nice to meet you Caleb, wish you could've met brandon184, he was a great guy. Whatever happened to brandon184 anyhow..hmmm I wonder.
