new mode out of frequency again

Just to let you guys know my computer is a pentium 3 from tiny.
the message appears whenever i boot up the computer, and it appears every single time!
it is stopping me from playing games, and using the full potential of my pc.
It is brand new, and i have not downloaded anything in my computer.
