This is got to be the dumbest question of the day. I just got my 128MB SDRAM and there are 2 stickers on it. One is on just one chip and it says 128MB SDRAM, the other across 3 chips with a bar code and says"void if removed". Do I remove this stickers before putting them in the PC or what?

Hardly. (oops, hardly was for the stupid question, not the 'just stick it in')

You should be OK just placing the stick in the box. I'm hoping the memory vendor is intelligent enough to not put a sticker on a critical element or one that potentially overheat. It would seem it is obvious that the sticker that states 'do not remove' should be OK. The other one serves no purpose greater than idetifying the size.

Do this, slap the stick in, leave off cover, run box for awhile, power off and see how hot the stick gets, I bet you'll find it is fine, or no hotter than the other sticks.
