He has two of the HUGEST cats I have ever seen. They are ENORMOUS. He sez they arent the greatest mousers though. Guess it's not just in the size, but the energy level. 8) Daffy OuTpaTienT 02-09-2001, 04:15 PM Simon (http://members.home.net/0utpatient/Simon/Simon1.html) is shootin' for 20lbs. He's about 18lbs right now. <IMG SRC="http://members.home.net/0utpatient/Simon/Simoncute.jpg" border=0> Wiruz 02-10-2001, 06:51 AM ...Now thats a fat cat... sharder8 02-10-2001, 09:08 AM Before I got married, I had a Ring Tail Siamese "Tom" http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif At full growth, he reached 25 lbs. and was meaner than ****! He wasn't much of a mouser, but he loved to beat up or kill the neighbors dogs! (I had to go to court twice for him killing dogs! First time got a warning, second time I got a $25 fine! http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/frown.gif ) Finally moved him to my parents farm, but then he beat up my sister's 2 yr. old colt! (Colt loved to charge and nip, tried it with the "Beast", ended up with a bloody muzzle!) One of the neighbors accidently poisoned him one day! I sure miss the "Beast", and one day, I hope to find another Ring Tail! (Wife hates cats, so may be a while!) Harder Mr.Goodbytes 02-10-2001, 01:04 PM Wish I had a pic to show of Mooch. That cat is as vicious as can be, but is still gentle in the home if treated right. He's about 4 years old, 15 pounds and lean. At about 9 months old, he was killing full grown squirrels. The little bugger was barely their size and could snap the squirrels' necks. He lives with my mom now, and she's the only one in town who actually obeys the leash law for cats. Isn't that just insane, tying up a cat? Well, she does and he has to be a bit more patient for his kills now. sunofwolf 02-11-2001, 03:39 AM That ring tail sounds like a nice cat,I would love to get a bob cat,but don't think people would like that are dogs. dafremen 02-11-2001, 03:46 AM I had a cat once that wasn't all that BIG but was REALLY musclebound. His name was Jonathan and he thought he was a dog. He would follow me wherever I went. Sometimes he tried to get on the bus with me when I went to school. He growled if anyone tried to approach me too. What a cool cat! Dumb as a stump though. He had this game he would play where he'd start out in the carpetted living room and get running at a full gallop, hit the linoleum in the kitchen and go sliding full force into the kitchen wall. He'd sit there dazed for a second or two, then stand up...trot over to the living room...and do it all over again! My dad threw him outside one day when I was at summer camp. Must have broken his little heart cuz he apparently meowed and meowed for hours then finally ran away. I STILL remind my dad of this on a regular basis...and I'm 32 now. (Sigh...what a depressing walk down memory lane.) 8( Daffy SysOpt.com
