I purchase a website location, do I need to have someone host it or can I just upload. I f hosting is necessary, who do you reccomend as I only need it for simple operations at this time and do not want to spend a lot of money.

Just do a search for Free Webhosting...You will find a ton of places such as:

MSN
Yahoo
Excite
ect.
