I hoping someone can help me solve this problem. I tried to install nic card and ran into all sorts of problems and gave up on it for now. Now I have a problem whenever I boot into the system it hangs up at the Mircosoft startup menu. I then have to choose from the following options. 1. start 98 setup from CD-ROM. 2, start computer with CD-ROM support, or start computer without CD-ROM support. I choose option 3 and it takes me into windows with no problems. How can I bypass this process during the bootup process?
Thanks
Bill Davis

Bill, make sure you don't have a floppy in the A drive and also make sure your Windows CD is not in the CDRom drive. If neither of the above apply, it might be time to reinstall Windows.
