Only here can you find any pic of SocalGal... yeah, that's right... right here. You've waited a long time... you've longed to see, to know... for such a long time.

SoCalGal decided that as a final effort to get your vote tomorrow, she would actually release HER PICTURE. She knows that you would, of course, respect her completely the way she is, and she hopes that this does nothing to curtail the ongoing... uh... shall we say... affection... yeah, that's it. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

Now, I must explain something here. You might think this is some sort of spoof or something. I tell you that it is not. This is the way all cameras record SocalGal's image. Although I'm somewhat fuzzy on the technical details, I believe that she uses a sort of visual firewall, much like the TCP/IP Zone Alarm or Black ICE.

From what I understand, this light firewall only accepts light packets when she has already initiated the initial "connection." Because of this, when you're in her presence on earth (something to behold, I might add), you notice nothing different from any other human on earth (unless for some reason she has blocked your Social Security Number... in that case, tough cookies. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif).

However, if something attempts to initiate light contact on it's own (usually a camera or camcorder), the firewall simply goes into "stealth mode" where there is no response at all to those packets. Because of this and the fact that no light = complete darkness, she ends up being completely black in the picture. Keep in mind that this is still very much her.

So for all you pubescent, adolescent, and older boys out there, there's your pic of socalgal. It doesn't get any clearer than that. It just doesn't. So get out there and write in "Socalgal" on your ballot (on all of the blanks?) and do the world a favor. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

Count 'em, there's only three.... A case modification accident perhaps? OR, maybe, just maybe, she only has 3 fingers cause she is an alien. That would explain the ability to block out her image from cameras and vid cams too! Somebody call Mulder!

A few weeks ago on a trip to Southern California I had the great pleasure of meeting Socalgal. I did get a picture of her, and I'm waiting for the pictures to be developed. Very odd the way that personal firewall works - we'll just have to see what kind of affect it had on MY camera...
