What is a " skin"???

Skin is a thing that makes the appearance of a certain program look different. For example, imagine windows media player with ZEBRA SKIN rather than that grey plain design. Skins are availabe for WINAMP, ICQ, etc. Skin just makes the appearance of a progam look fancier.

Examples include Unreal Tournament, Half Life etc (where it applies to the characters) and Falcon 4.0, European Air War (where it applies to aircraft camo and markings)
