I've been quite satisfied at:

Give them a gander.

Anybody know of a good full tower case with a 300w power supply. I don't know much about this subject so any help would be appreciated. Should I even worry about this? Are cases pretty much all the same?

You might check out http://www.3dcool.com .. They sell cases which they call Tornado Cases. I haven't bought one myself, but I have read reviews about them. These cases come with a good sized power supply plus several case fans. Although, if I remember correctly, the pricing is somewhat high.
Hi
I like the Chenbro (http://www.chenbro.com.tw) cases.
I bought the full tower and the midi tower from the Blando series.
The Tornado series from 3DCool (http://www.3dcool.com) are very well designed, but you can do the modifications yourself (not with a chainsaw or a shotgun http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif...)
I did the modifications on my full tower and I have now a 8cm fan blowing fresh air on my dual PIII 600E... works just fine !

Thanks for all the help. I decided to go with the Tornado. I'm gonna get a mid case so I can save some bucks. Thanks for all the info.

Not sure why you payed for that case, but I got the Antec SX830 workstation (performance series) with a 300 watt power supply (antec) and two super-quiet case fans for $77 plus shipping from techstore.com. I buy all my cases from them. I have my athlon 750@850 running at 90 degrees or so. Its a VERYnice case and easy to mvoe around in.
